Places I Visited Post-Lockdown

  I have been a bit MIA and have a lot of catching up to do on this blog and my all-time favorite topic to discuss after a break has always been FOOD. So, here are some of the places that I visited in Delhi-NCR post lockdown and just loved…. ·          PAUL The one thing that keeps me happy and going even on my worst days are desserts. And this place was one of the firsts on my to-go list post lockdown. Had this ultimate craving of satisfying my sugar tooth and it certainly got fulfilled. Top 5 Places that I Missed in Recent Days

I am a big-time foodie and being a Delhite, food is a big part of my life. From street food at Old Delhi  to epicurean time at Chanakyapuri, we just can’t get enough of food in the capital. Eating and hanging out at my favourite places is one of the things which I have missed the most and I can’t wait to devour my favourite food the day situation gets better. So, here’s a list of my all-time favourite places in Delhi NCR. The Big Chill If I think of this place, the first thing that comes to my mind is ‘consistency’ from taste to quality to ambience, everything at The Big Chill is always consistent and this is the only place which I never get bored with. Whenever in Delhi, The Big Chill CafĂ©, Creamery and Cakery is a must visit. From thick shakes to thin crust pizzas, everything at this place is an absolute delight for the soul but their Chocolate Noir Shake, Banoffee Pie, Mud cake, Penne in Vodka Pasta, Piri Piri pizza is a must try and the list surely goes on. Quarantine Diaries Part-2

Welcome to Quarantine Diaries Part-2. Another set of stories featuring how my quarantine days rolled by.  My Quarantine days are all about ameliorating. I mean you can either keep whining over the situation you have no control on or you can make the best out of every situation by being a little optimistic. Some special days came about in this quarantine and Part-2 is a quick apprise on what I did for those days. Starting by Mother’s Day, our usual way of celebrating it is by going to some fancy restaurant and having a North Indian meal (my mom’s favourite). But this time, it started by waking up early for a surprise!  To begin the day, I made her a strong cardamom tea or as we Indians say, “Kadhak Elaichi wali Chai” and I know this gesture sounds too small; but trust me I knew I made her day just by doing this.
